아시안프렌즈는 2017년 3월부터 몽골 바가노르 지역의 편모가정 여성과 청소년을 대상으로 직업 훈련 후 경제적 자립을 이룰 수 있도록 지원하는 미용직업훈련학교를 운영하고 있습니다.

특히, 2018년 3기 훈련생들은 20명 중에 18명이 국가미용자격증 시험에 응시하여 18명 전원이 합격하는 쾌거를 이루기도 하였는데요.

2018년 7월 31일 몽골 바가노르 미용직업훈련학교 3기의 수료식이 진행되는동안 바가노르에 딱 하나 있는 미용직업훈련학교를 취재하기 위해 온 지역방송사 덕분에 3기 훈련생들의 수료식은 문전성시를 이루었답니다!

미용직업훈련학교에서는 이론 수업 이후 2~3개월의 실습기간 동안에는

바가노르지역 빈곤층을 위한 무료 미용봉사를 하며 실력을 갈고닦습니다.

이 시기에는 훈련생들끼리 서로의 머리에 연습을 하기도 하지만,

몇 년간 미용실 근처에 갈 수도 없었던 바가노르 빈곤계층이 모여사는 2,4,5동의 주민들이 몰려오기 때문에 미용직업훈련학교 훈련생들의 실력이 일취월장하는 시기이기도 합니다.

바가노르 지역방송TV에서는 아시안프렌즈가 운영하고 있는 꿈나무센터에 대한 소개도 방영되었습니다.

아시안프렌즈는 부실한 아침을 떼우고, 집에서부터 학교까지 30~40분이나 걸어오지만, 학생 수에 비해 학교가 부족하여 정규수업을 오전/오후 반으로 나누어 하루 3시간 밖에 수업 받지 못하는 몽골 바가노르 빈곤층 아이들을 위하여 2013년부터 꿈나무센터를 운영하며, 하루 한 끼 영양식을 지원하고 있습니다.

지난 번 소식 전해드렸던 2018년 7월 31일,

미용직업훈련학교 3기 훈련생들의 수료식 날!!!

시험을 응시한 18명이 모두 합격하여

국가미용자격증을 취득한 날이기도 하고,

수료의 기쁨과 동시에 2018년 8월 24일 현재

7명은 바가노르 미용실에, 2명을 몽골의 수도인 울란바타르의

미용실에 취업하여 18명의 절반인

9명이 벌써 취업하였다는 반가운 소식도 들려왔습니다
